    : LocalJobdescription Job purposeThe job holder is responsible for:Customizing and refreshing approved EB communication tool messages for the TA channels used in mass TA projects (for specialist roles);by mass TA projects we understand roles for which a mass recruiter must recruit a minimum ofone role per month in order to fill in a training batch of new hires.Performing selection interviews for mass TA projects (specialist level roles).Negotiating offer checklists with candidates for mass TA projects (specialist level roles) and making offers according with the approved Recruitment Manuals & Compensation packages for mass TA specialist roles.
    1. Key responsibility areas
    Gathers market data (referring to candidates & competitors) that supports the TA business goals & routines;Operates approved TA marketing tools (e.g. job ads / chats / emails / sms / phone messages) with the talent pool on approved EB channels in order to contact and perform initial screening interviews for specific TA projects as well as EBinitiatives;Maintains the company data bases (Leads and Interview modules of the contact center) updated, according with procedures;Customizing and refreshing approved EB communication tool messages for the TA channels used in mass TA projects (forspecialist level roles); by mass TA projects we understand roles for which a mass recruiter must recruit a minimum ofone role per month in order to fill in a training batch of new hires;Performing selection interviews for mass TA projects (specialist level roles);Negotiating offer checklists with candidates for mass TA projects (specialist level roles) and making offers according with the approved Recruitment Manuals & Compensation packages for mass TA specialist roles;The employee performs all tasks assigned/appointed by the direct manager under the law and his/her professional training according to the prioritization established his/her managers and within the designated deadlines, through permanent collaboration and cooperation with the team members, resolving with unhindered and operative situations unforeseen situations, so to ensure timeliness and achievement of objectives;He/ she complies with the requirements of the quality system implemented (ISO 9001) and assures the necessary implementation and application of the quality control procedures according to the standards required by the company;Working language: English.Requirements for the role:Bachelors Degree;1-2 years experience in recruitment and selection;PC operating skills, Excel operating knowledge (functions, filters, sorting), Word (document formatting, tables, images), PowerPoint, Outlook;English C1.
