Job Description

    Position Details:Role: Team Leader - Recruitment(NON-IT)Location: MumbaiRequisites:-Anygraduate / Post graduate / MBA in HR.- Should have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience.- Should have Client Management experience.- Should have good communication skills, E-mail etiquettes.- Proficient in MS officeResponsibilities:- Strategize in a way that hiring is completed within the time frame.- Organize various recruitment drives at client location and as desired by client.- Client Relationship Management - To work very closely with Client Managers, understand the hiring requirement, and proactively fill the vacant positions. Interface with client and delivery of recruitment numbers with quality and TAT.- Team Management - provide professional support and advise the team on best practices in recruitment and selection. Own & deliver recruitment targets for self & team.- HRIS & MIS: Maintaining HRIS & publishing various trackers & MIS reports, review with Management / Manager.- Training: Training the staff to help them handle current job responsibilities. Nurturing & Showcasing the Talent. Manage, train & groom the team of Field recruiters and back end recruitment staff.
