Team Member Business Solutions Department Consumer Bank Business Solutions Group Location 4th Floor, Infinity, Goregaon Number of Positions 1 Reporting Relationships M6 Position Grade M5 Coordinate with various user functions for requirement gathering and support through Remedy. Document user requirements and get necessary approvals. Detailed Testing for Projects / Issues as per the system requirement. Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention. Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provides effective solutions. Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems Should have worked upon mobile technologies/app. Should be aware of BOT/AI implementation process, new technologies like whats app, Alexa, SIRI, google assistance, face technologies, email management solution. Should have experience of min. 8-10 years in Banking/Technology domain. Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc. Should have good communication skills (Written and Verbal) Should be an effective Team Player. Should have experience of managing a team. Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail. Should be a Graduate or a Post Graduate. ,
