Job Description

Educational Qualifications : BE (Chemical / Mechanical/E&I) - MBA/PMP would be added advantage Technical / Subject Knowledge :- Knowledge of EPC functions- Prior Experience in any of two fields: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, HyCO or Air Separation technologies-Preferably a Process /Operations / Commissioning Background resource- Prior experience in sales / Project management would be an added advantage Skill Sets :- Can do attitude- Customer Focus- Agile & able to work independently- Excellent communication skills- Presentation skills- Negotiation skillsSoftware Tools & Technology : MS Office, Outlook, MS Projects Optional: GDMS, IMS, Sales Force Targeted Industries : Linde Technology Portfolio Industries Key Role & Responsibility :

  • Be a focal point to Linde customers w.r.t. Linde Plantserv / After Sales activities
  • Act as a Business Development & Proposal Manager for Linde Plantserv Opportunities
  • Clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements. Accordingly coordinate with internal stakeholders in preparing and submitting Techno-Commercial Offers
  • Should be a solution provider / identifier
  • Act as a Project Manager for small / non- critical project
  • Record & Implement lessons learned
  • Strictly adhere and implement IMS Procedures or workflows. Record/Document any deviations -if Any
  • Should work independently
Soft Skills :
  • Customer Focus, Ownership, Agile & Can-do attitude is must for this role
  • Cross-cultural communication skill has importance as the role deals with multicultural customers (in India & SEA) & internal stake-holders from round the globe
  • Should speak/write/read good English.
  • Leadership quality for driving solutions
  • Shall be ready to take up different challenges, work independently and shall have a desire to learn
