Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) MIS and reporting Overall responsibility to assist Team Manager to manage MIS delivery of the Finance BIU Team.
  • Ensuring the TAT and Accuracy of all MIS Reports and overall stability of the MIS Vertical handled by the staff Assist Team Manager in Special Projects, Team initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business dynamics Frequent Interactions with Business Teams for any MIS needs Manage Delivery of New and Change requirements in MIS feasibility study, evaluate, impact analysis, test and successfully implement the business requirements To have a thorough understanding of MIS Processes, Products and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for process re-engineering, drive process improvements, eliminate/decrease manual activities and streamline processes across BIU.
  • Resolving queries and concerns raised by business and manage escalations.
  • Co-ordinate, track and monitor set SLAs are met by related dependent teams like Input File Suppliers, etc.
