Job Description

1)Proven track record of sourcing hard to find, passive candidates for technology roles2)Solid background and experience recruiting engineers for Mobile App development3)Knowledge of current Mobile, Cloud and App Development environments and tools and where these engineers hang out online.4)Work closely with the team leads from different areas and the company management in order to identify tech hiring needs.5)Partner stakeholders, understand manpower requirements and ensure the required manpower is onboard, as planned.6)Must have worked on Niche skills Ruby on rails, Data Scientist, Android developers, UX/UI, , PHP, Java, .Net,VB.Net, Web Dev, Embedded System, Ruby On Rail, Testing, Database Architect, Technical Architect etc.7)Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and start-up type environmentStructure and execute our tech hiring efforts.8)Understand screening demands and skill sets essential for technical fitment in engineering team.9)Source talent to join the Engineering Team from various portals and social media.10)Interview and select applicants for technical positions.11)Conduct mass hiring via Heckathons and live case challenges.12)Create reports, analyse and bridge process gaps.13)Responsible for conducting end to end screening for the Technical team starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding.,
