  • The TAS role is required to support customers through Emails and phone, occasionally planning visits to complete the LSG support activity.
  • The TAS are responsible for following up on the customer queries and complaints coming in through various LSG team members as well as direct emails or web queries by customers.
  • TAS create SALESFORCE cases for the queries and subsequent replacement cases are raised in the system as per the updated replacement matrix and SOP for the same,
  • The TAS are expected to have a thorough knowledge of the BID and GSD instruments and consumables - through routine training sessions held for TAS by the product teams, and are expected to guide Sales as well as customers on various product related information.
  • The current TAS role if specifically aimed to provide constant and high quality support on the huge portfolio of BID consumable products as well as specific products in the LSG portfolio such as HCS, iBright, Flow cytometry as well as EVOS range of products.
Requirement
  • Education : MSc, Life Science/Biotechnology OR PhD preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 Years of technical experience.
  • Must have good understanding or working exprience in protein biology, cloning technologies ,Antibodies, Media & Molecular Biology
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Travel frequency : 50%
