Work veryclosely with the OEM Microsoft team in India and drive joint GTM.o Partner with all parts of the business (whether Service Lines or Sectors or Channels), inhelping them understand Microsofts positioning within the firm, and collaborate across todrive the transformational agendao Develop a business plan and go to market strategy, structure, revenues/growth, andinvestments (year 1 to 3)o Deliver on financial metrics of top line (sales book && revenue book) and gross margin, for selfand practice.As A LeaderJob Description Senior Role -Microsofto A critical dimension to the role, is to help scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing,and grooming talent. The role holder will also play a pivotal role in crafting as well asmanaging a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees are trained andproficient on the latest technologies of Microsoft and adjacent solutions like Power Platform.o Network externally, as an ambassador, to publicize KPMG in his/her market across the fullspectrum of our services. Provide key trends and thought leadership to key stakeholdersinternally and clients (through white papers and industry representation).o As a practice Leader, the role holder will also be responsible to successfully deliver Microsoftprojects for customers. This leadership role is expected to provide oversight and ensurehealth of the client engagements - driving to successful implementation at the end. The rolealso entails coaching and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts thebest development practices and methodologies, considers users experience, meets thebusiness needs.Desired Leadership Experience Minimum 20 years of D365 experience across presales, delivery, and practice management. Preferably -should be currently in a practice leadership role At least 10 years of that in selling and delivering Microsoft ERP (AX, D365) solutions in India as a leaderor middle management Extensive people management experience building and growing teams Experience in leading client engagement and building relationships at CXO levelsDesired Technical Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in architecture design and/or implementation of D365 Finance andSupply Chain. Of that at least 5-6 years of experience in designing and/or delivering complex, highvolume, enterprise-wide solution on MicrosoftStrong and Expert knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Microsoft D365 for Finance andSupply Chain, D365 for Project Operations Good knowledge of the Microsoft enterprise solutions D365 for Commerce, D365 for Business CentralD365 for Customer Experience modules, D365 for Power Platform, Insights module Successful deliveries of large, complex Microsoft programs spanning multiple solutions, integration, anddeployments. Creation of IP, Solution accelerators and other innovative solutions on Microsoft thats helped winbusiness or successfully deliver projects.Essential Skills to succeed Exceptional team management and leadership skills Ability to build strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Deep Passion, Perseverance && Grit coupled with an inquisitive, learning nature.
