Good to have:
Knowledge of Payment standards. E.g EMV, X9, APCA etc Knowledge of security standards. E.g. PKCS standards, NIST, FIPS etc. You should be able to guide team to relevant security standard. Hands on experience of working with any HSMs Deep knowledge of cryptographic algorithms: TDES, AES, RSA, ECC, SHA1/2/3, HMAC, MAC and their modes. Preferable worked on cryptographic systems designs
