Technical Lead - Core Java Technical Lead - Core Java Technical Lead - Core Java PIC_TL_CJ_JG 5 to 8 years Job Description Lead development team on Core Java, work closely with architects, project managers / onsite leads Comprehend client or BU/ LoB needs, assess the requirements, and identify solutions to non- standard tasks/ queries To modify or enhance existing applications on an ongoing basis Understand entire system under development at any given time, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues Perform coding, unit testing, test case development, integration testing, performance testing, troubleshooting bug fixing Document use cases, flow chart, sequence diagrams, class diagrams Resolve issues and perform reviews for the work products created by the team Develop conceptual understanding of the entire system under development, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues Required Skill Sets Software design and development Technical architectures of J2EE Java, JSP, Servlets, JSF, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis, AJAX, Quartz , Maven and Database (Oracle / MySQL) Core Java with RCP Experience on JavaScript and jQuery. Knowledge or exposure to AngularJS Experience or exposure to UI technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 Diagnostic knowledge to help design solutions and lead the team to implement those solutions Knowledge/ exposure in Agile methodology Preferred Skill Sets Experience in NoSQL Experience in Big Data and Hadoop Interpersonal Skills Must be a critical thinker and good at time management, confident, disciplined, punctual Good verbal and non- verbal communication is a must Guiding team members and team management Initiative to understand work priority and drive project milestones Any graduate or post graduate degree in B.E., Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.,
