1.Responsible for Property Valuations, Building Bylaws compliance, Property Documentation, Monitoring and Cross audits. 2.Ensuring compliance with technical norms for the area in line with those set out as per the process. 3.Technical due diligence of property to be funded. 4.Checking & validating valuation reports given by valuation agencies. 5.Timely collection and updating the amendments in development control regulations affecting real estate sector. 6.Guiding the credit underwriters with respect to prices in different areas in the cities of operation. 7.Co-ordination with Valuers, Government Bodies / Authorities and other stakeholders. 8.Regular training to other stakeholders (Legal, Sales and Credit). 9.Heading a team of Civil Engineers / Architects across local region10.Designing valuation models for Asset Valuation.11.Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys.12.Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner.13.BE/BTech profile with 10 yrs+ exp and currently at min Area / Regional TM level (managing a team of tech mgrs) will be suitable for RTM/ZTM.14.BE/BTech profile with 5 yrs+ exp and currently at min branch TM level (managing a team of tech mgrs/officers) will be suitable for Area TM15.BE/BTech profile with 1 yrs+ exp and currently at min branch TM level will be suitable for TM16.Diploma Civil will also be acceptable but with higher experience of addnl 3-5 yrs in each of the above levels,
