As a Software Engineer of iOrganizat, you will be responsible to design and build various product components, enhancement of existing components, troubleshooting complex and critical product issues that gets escalated from Support Level 2. You will join a worldwide team, and will be part of a global team spread across multiple locations (USA, UK, China, Ukraine, Sweden and Germany). Main Responsibilities : Set-up, refine and maintain the product backlog while ensuring the team works on the right items always. Work with the Scrum Master and all Team Members to define clear requirements on Feature and Story level, solid and unambiguous acceptance criteria; and ensure a successful execution of the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done Act as the primary stakeholder during sprint reviews for accepting or rejecting completed work based on the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done. Work with the Scrum Master to support the optimization of the teams resources, processes, tools, and environments Participate in all Agile events to ensure proper Planning Sizing Estimation Refinement Review & Retrospective moments Support Product Development key initiatives and programs by adopting and supporting these changes as well as assessing the impact and planning on the product backlog Adopts our business processes as defined in our Quality Management System Review and report on product performance as part of the Team Dashboard Required skills: Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in product development, in a complex organizational set-up with multiple stakeholders Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience as a Product Owner holding product backlog responsibility Assertive and results driven able to work with and influence multiple stakeholders across different departments, including Product Development, Professional Services and Product Management 8-10 years of relevant experience and ability to work in highly technology oriented teams. Strong programming knowledge in C / C in Linux / Unix environments Hands on experience with Unix and Linux based systems, shell scripting Understanding of project management with exposure to Agile Understanding of systems programming cross platform Understanding of network communication and Socket/ TCP/ IP based communication between multi host systems & multi-tenant environment. Experience in building multi-threading and multi-processing systems Experience with unit testing frameworks like C, C based system applications, eg: cppunit Knowledge of build management tools viz., Make, CMake, Ant Used one or more profiling / debugging tools viz. gdb, boundscheckers, valgrind, purify, quantify Excellent communication (written and oral) skills comfortable with stakeholder & management reporting and presentations Desired skills : Experience with working in a product company Experience in working with MPP systems like Teradata, Greenplum, Netezza etc. Know-hows of distributed application systems like Hadoop Performance tuning and troubleshooting of distributed applications Knowledge about secure communication using SSL. Understanding of https protocol and its wide use in internet systems. Experience in working with databases with proficiency in SQL Knowledge and experience with Bugzilla, Jira, Testopia, Subversion Hands on experience with data compression, Crypto Frameworks Experience in data / information / network security.,
