*JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary:Responsible for Sourcing, Recruiting, and Screening Applicants for a variety of IT and Non-IT Positions.Primary Responsibilities:Source, Interview, and Select applicants for IT & Non-IT Positions. (IT infra hirings preferred) Should have worked on positions like Exchange Admin / Storage Admin / Windows / Citrix (L1, L2 & L3) Discuss with Hiring Managers to determine Job Duties. Write Job Descriptions. Match applicants to Job openings. Source for future Job openings. List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels. View Applications and call Applicants and perform phone screens. Have applicants attend and/or come in for formal interviews. Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview. Negotiate Salary and Benefits Arrange for travel and lodging, if required. Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant. Interview applicants. Hand out and grade assessments. Participate in final selection of applicant. Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring manager. Inform candidate of company& decision. Inform applicants not chosen of company& decision. Talk with civic, social, and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities. Participate in implementing Recruiting technology, such as VMS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Screening tools. Work with other Search Firms & Recruitment Agencies, if necessary. Contact colleges for recruiting students, if necessary. Forecast budgets for recruiting expenses, if necessary.Secondary Responsibilities:Check references. Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags. Verify offer letters, salary and benefits.
