Job Description

Hi,We are hiring for our organization.Title - Technical Support engineerExperience - 1 to 3 YearsLocation - MumbaiJob Description -

  • Communicate with customer on queries and defects through email or calls.
  • Manage multiple clients at a time.
  • Identify the nature of defect and clearly classify it as defect or change request.
  • Debug the defects/queries in depth, and provide first level support to the customer.
  • Report and effectively communicate the defects/queries to the respective team members for resolution along with sufficient information to replicate the defect.
  • Log the defect/query on the bug tracking system and set SLA.
  • Take ownership of the defect and drive it to closure and logical end within specified SLA.
  • Keep the customer updated on the resolution status of defects/queries
  • Provide weekly status update to client on defect resolution and SLA status.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly update to management on defects reported by client, Defect Resolution and SLA status.
  • Track Customer Business Growth and generate necessary reports
