Greetings!We have an excellent opportunity for Technical Support Engineer at Mumbai.Position: Technical Support Engineer ( L1/L2)Location: BKC,MumbaiExperience: 1+ YearsJob RequirementsGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk softwareExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalJob DescriptionTaking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolutionAsk customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problemResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system / application issuesDeploying applications on client system or production environmentExecution of NPCI certification test cases.Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limitsProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers) by following standard proceduresProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customersRefer to internal database or external resources or FAQs to provide accurate tech solutionsEnsure all issues are properly loggedPrioritize and manage several open issues at a timeFollow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshootingPrepare accurate and timely reportsDocument technical knowledge in the form of notes and manualsMaintain jovial relationships with clientsCandidate General Profile:BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fieldAdditional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies good to haveProven work experience of about 1 year as a Technical Support Engineer is a plusDesktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roleHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsTechnical Skills :Candidate must have knowledge onJavaLinuxScriptingSQLXMLTomcatFeel free to call for any queries.Regards,Sneha M7045999513sneha@oboxhr.com
