1. To assist in Trouble shooting applications, to support Database Application and Annual Maintenance of database system availability.2. You will provide technical support to the technical in-charge.3. Any other duties w.r.t. Service/Sales/ Technical Backup as may come up from time to time.4. You will be responsible to monitor and co-ordinate with the technical in-charge regarding Email/Web based applications, internal server requirements, functioning of customized software, etc.5. The role involves travel across the country for servicing of products and to be available on duty 24X7 through the year due to the possibility of any medical emergency at the client side.6. You will be responsible for any other duties as assigned to you by the management or the service department.
