Dear Candidate,We are looking forOfficer / Sr. Officer Technical Support for Hosting solutions provider for Goregaon location.Responsibility: To provide technical support to clients via Email, Chat, and Telephone. Troubleshooting Hosting Server / Email / Database issues and othertechnical issues To use, create and update knowledge base articles for effective technicalsupport to client To coordinate with Data center / ISP for resolution of technical issuesBasic Requirements: Graduate (B.Sc.IT / BCA / BE / B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks in allstandards (10th, 12th & Graduation) with excellent written & spokencommunication skills. No KT or gap year (for any reason) 1 -3 years experience of working in a reputed Datacenter / Hosting company / BPO in India and providing technical support related to softwareservices or hosting related servicesa. Those with support background in a hosting company or a software /application company prefered. Networking / Hardware / Desktopsupport profiles NOT welcome.b. Freshers are also welcome (75% minimum marks mandatory) Desirable skills, but not mandatory:a. Fairly good knowledge of Domain Name / DNS, Hosting / Email /Database servers, SSL Certificates etc. Good awareness of CPanel,Plesk /Helm Control Panel, WHMCS etc.b.
