Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAt least 3-4 years of experience in technical documentation

  • Good in written and verbal communication
  • Able to understand and develop technical information, and present it clearly and accurately
  • Design and develop good and effective presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Able to handle projects independently
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products
  • Good Knowledge of Structured Authoring and XML
  • Knowledge of topic-based authoring and DITA
  • Ability to work with different teams spread across the globe
  • Ability to understand product/domain/technology
  • Work pro-actively owning responsibility towards delivery
  • Experience in product or project documentation
  • Experience in developing user manuals, online help, installation and upgrade guides, release notes, etc.
  • Ability to develop and deliver high quality output within the timeframe
