Job Description

  • SQL Queries & Procedures
  • Server level jobs, batch programming, Schedulers generation
  • MSSQL expertise, Server Jobs and Schedulers
  • JavaScript experience
  • Experience of working in international projects, multi projects involvement
  • Aware about Business Analysis documentations and functions
  • Possess strong accounting knowledge & Business understanding of the end to end ITSM process
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility working across teams and Shifts
  • Quality improvement
  • Effectively handled Projects at Service delivery
  • Day to day management of operational activities
  • Manage the SLA targets and work with the team to trouble-shoot and resolve areas where targets are in danger of being breached.
  • Responsible for P1/BP1 and escalations
  • Proactively manage day-to-day relationship with the client(s)/client representatives to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Responsible to maintain a healthy work relation with all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Maintenance & downtime communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Coordinate approvals with various stakeholders for CRs
  • Coordinate and take ownership of work with Vendors for 3rd Party application issues ( international banks, Datalog, SwiftRef etc) and cross teams
  • Team Management & Resource Allocation
  • Status reporting, periodic presentations to management
