Job Description

Techno-functional Business analyst- Techno-functional Business analyst for Mobile Application (Android & IOS).- Completely own Functional part for investment products like Mutual funds.- Should be updated with Regulatory changes.- Coordinate with various user functions for requirement gathering.- Document user requirements and get necessary approvals. - Executing Project UAT and ensuring flawless implementation into production.- Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, Ops, IT, Vendors etc.- To resolve production issues reported vide Customer service.- Thorough analysis for system issues faced by end users and provides effective solutions.- Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.- Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems- Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS for Reporting.- Working experience on Agile / Scrum methodology of Project management.- At least 10 projects completed using said method.- Good Domain & techno-functional knowledge & experience of Mutual Funds distribution system.,
