Roles and Responsibilities : Display effective planning and risk mitigation Create and maintain SRS , HLD , LLD and design charter documents Responsible and interfacing withclient , development , architecture , QA teams to collect and execute the requirements Utilize appropriate project management techniques and methodologies , coordinating resources across teams as needed Ensure architecture design , development best practices , change management and other process guidelines are in place and followed Work in close co - ordination with all business owners and IT team members to analyze , design , document and implement solutions The incumbent is expected to own the technical delivery process area , be an expert in Microsoft .NET technologies , prototyping , organizing workshops , conducting walkthrough and sign off sessionsTechnical and Functional Skills : Expertise in .NET , F# , C# , ASP .NET , Web Forms , AJAX , ADO.NET , VB.Net , WCF , Microsoft SQL Server , SSIS , SSRS , and SSAS , MS Office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint , Visio , Project) tools Release management , defect tracking , and bug fixing Experience Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience in designing , modeling and development of database using SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008 with exposure on highly complex stored procedures and functions SSIS and SSRS , SQL Server integration services and SQL Reports Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design Methodologies and OOPS along with SOA Hand on experience on Creating RIA (Rich Internet Application) with HTML , CSS , Java script , AJAX and Telerik tool kitPeople Management and Other Desired Skills : Experience in multiple stakeholder management Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to represent ideas in conceptual block diagram and converting the same into final schematics and project completion capabilities Lead team members to define and deliver projects including scope , approach , deliverables , milestones and detailed work plans Review and manage team performance , directly supervise developers , set direction , coordinate and evaluate team performance Communicate effectively , verbally and written , with team members , peers , manager , business users and company leadership Good team player , able to balance the needs of stakeholders and IT , and able to manage internal IT conflicts and demands as needed Effectively engage and work with a global teamGeneral skills that will boost your eligibility : Exposure to third party platforms deployed within trade processing life cycle like IntelliMatch , Smartstream , Asset Control , Calypso , Loan IQ , Excalibur , Bloomberg , Business Objects , GMI , Quality Center , Omgeo , TriResolve etc.,
