Job Description

Technology Specialist(Training & Consulting), Mumbai. Job Summary:

Swabhav Techlabs is looking for a Technology Specialist in Training and Consulting for our Professional Learning and Mentoring Team. The specialist will be the coach and mentor for the bright minds studying at Techlabs, who will also be providing support to student and corporate management as well as focusing on designing and developing solutions . This is a full time, exempt position based in our Mumbai office.

  • Technology Training and Upgradation
    1. - Design Training Programmes for students according to Techlabs Methodology
    2. - Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, presentations, assignments and tests
    3. - Create project applications for student learning
    4. - Provide Technology Training
    5. - Carry out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels
    6. - Solve student queries and provide support to students
    7. - Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
    8. - Learn new technologies
  • Student, College and Corporate Managementt
    1. - Interview and Counsel Students
    2. - Pre - sales support for College
    3. - Pre - sales support for Software Companies
  • Architect, Design, Develop In - house/Customer - Products/Projects
    1. - Project Management Agile Methodologies
    2. - Design Patterns Head First Design Patterns
    3. - Frameworks Struts2, Hibernate Entity Framework
    4. - Programming Language Head First Java, Jsp, Servlets C#, Asp.Net, MVC
    5. - Code Quality - Clean Code, Refactoring
    6. - Usage of Tools Junit, Eclipse, Cruise Control
Skills & Qualifications
  • Master degree with a major in Computer Science or IT
  • Bachelor degree with a major in Computer Science or IT
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience
  • Expertise/Experience in some of these technologies preferred:
    1. - Project Management Agile Methodologies
    2. - Design Patterns Head First Design Patterns
    3. - Frameworks Struts2, Hibernate Entity Framework
    4. - Programming Language Head First Java, Jsp, Servlets C#, Asp.Net, MVC
