Our client is currently seeking dynamic individuals to join their team as Telecallers in Mumbai (Andheri).Position: Telecaller - Aviation IndustryLocation: Andheri, MumbaiWorking Days: 6 days (10 am to 7 pm)Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (HSC qualification minimum)Experience: 1 to 2 yearsJob Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound Tele-calling to generate leads and promote services in the aviation industry.
    • Experience in outbound telecalling or telesales is preferable.
    • Engage with potential customers to provide information and answer inquiries about aviation services.
    • Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions and follow-up activities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
    Key Skills:
    • Fluent English communication skills are a must.
    • Experience in telesales or outbound telecalling.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
