Together, we re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Role Description:Position Purpose: Role involves calling New and Existing customers to generate Sales Ready Leads and contribute to Active Funnel and Bookings.Role involves validation of raw leads (via pre-qual queue management) and passing qualified Sales Ready Leads to Sales Associates and then follow up with Sales.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Achieve total funnel and bookings target from customers/prospects by generating leads from existing/new customers. Outbound and Inbound calling (on database provided by Team lead / lead generation using Marketing Intelligence platforms and tools like LSN, Seamless.ai, etc)
  • Lead Validation: Passing qualified Sales Ready Leads to Sales Associates as specified in KPI.
  • Database Segmentation: Account Mapping and customer profile enrichment -Add contacts to accounts with 100% contact profile depth in line with Data Privacy guidelines.
  • Operational Files and Communication: Regularly maintaining and tracking operational files and communicating with multiple teams.
  • No leadership role is assigned to this position. He / She will be given detailed product training, & Training on the TLG SOP s
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Applied Science, Biochemistry, Biology and Chemistry with 1-2 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills with English as a language are must
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Needs to be very good with MS office (Excel/Power-point)
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to operate as a member of a multidisciplinary team
