  • Helping students for application & documentation.
  • Handling University Interview.
  • Send the application forms to the University for Evaluation. Keep track of the admission evaluation process to know the status
  • Keep the students updated about the changes in the admission regulations and important dates.
  • Helping student for Visa application.
  • constantly following up with candidates through calls/emails.
  • making sub-agents via email and calling for the college we represent.
  • Making the MIS report of day-to-day activities.
  • Collect the application form and supporting documents from the students and check the forms for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information.
  • Acquire the admission letter and visa letter from the universities to complete the visa application process.
  • Inform the students about the university decision of accepting or rejecting the student.
  • Liaise with the students to prepare the set of original documents and submit them to the visa office.
  • Make certain the admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and traveling bookings are completed accurately and within the restricted time.
  • Assist students in making decisions regarding their educational and personal needs.
  • Keep in touch with the students through email or phone at regular intervals for their gradual growth in studies and career building.
  • Monitor data integrity management i.e. Course registration, demographic and communication history, etc.
  • Update database regularly.
  • Motivate students to have a positive approach to studies.
