Advising clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile on phone
Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering over phone ensuring monthly/annual revenue target achievement

Candidate Profile:

Go the Extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate sales
Experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative responsible for reporting to meet the targets
Good knowledge of Life and Non life insurance products
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Good persuasion skill
Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
Responsible to understand clients investment needs, creating long term asset allocation plan and 360 degree financial planning
