Job Description

Hi,Our client is searching for a Telecaller for its company which is an International Brand Fitness Center.Experienced or a FresherSalary - 18,000/- to 25,000/-Responsibilities:

  • Executing business processes that bring our Train Different philosophy to life
  • Calling New Franchise on PAN India
  • Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.
  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi Should be able to work with a Team. * Good at Computers. * Female Candidates Only.
  • Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
  • Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
  • Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement
  • Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel) 1- brand promotion tele Maintain register for the same.
  • Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain companys franchisee model and to get them register
  • Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
  • Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes
  • Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.
  • Sign up New Franchise Partner across the country
  • Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD
Qualifications :-
  • Graduate (with prior calling experience) in any field from a recognized University can apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical mind & attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of GYM Brands would be preferred.
