This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of a 12th-grade education and no prior experience in telesales. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services.
    2. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
    3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns they may have.
    4. Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and encourage customers to make a purchase.
    5. Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the team lead or supervisor.
    6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and sales.
    7. Feedback: Provide feedback to team leads regarding customer reactions to products or services, as well as suggestions for improvement.
    8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
    9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions.
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum 12th pass with good communication skills in [Specify languages required].
    2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    3. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
