Job DescriptionAspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:1.Tender Search & Bid Preparation-Technical & Price Bid2. E-tendering/ E-Bidding/Reverse Auctions/Live Auctions3.Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid4.Submit the documents in stipulated time limits5.Coordinate with the respective dept. and document the progress of the tender process6.Reporting documentation on daily basis7.Preparing Technical Datasheet & AutoCAD Drawings as per User/Consultant requirement8.Follow up with Vendors/OEMs9.MIS Report preparation10.Collection of EMD /Follow up for payments11.Vendor Registration12.Attending Technical/Commercial meetings with customers.13.Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clients.14.Back end support to Sales department / Sales Support15.Tracking status of Tenders & offers.CANDIDATED FROM WESTERN REGION ONLY APPLY
