Job Description

Roles:

  • Meet Top Line numbers set for respective region.
  • Formulate strategies to increase the productivity levels of individual Team.
  • Maintain a healthy & competitive business environment amongst team encouraging profitable LOB.
  • Provide adequate sources of Insurance Expert recruitment and help fulfilling the vacancies timely.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to generate customer touch points through different activities by team.
  • Keep a concerned interaction with the frontlines (IE) by grooming and encouraging them with earning opportunities.
  • Ensuring Team Learning and Development through effective training on product knowledge & sales management practices.
  • Stay In line with the channel initiatives and ensuring the same through respective team timely.
  • Drive productivity from respective reporting team ensuring business & company hygiene s.
Requirements:
  • Candidates from same domain (GI) with minimum experience of 4 years in team management preferably in direct sales.
  • Candidates currently working with listed broking companies catering GI with team management experience.
  • Special consideration for candidate who has an team management experience from Standalone Health companies.
  • Previous company/channel should not be agency/multiline from any industry.
  • Candidate from Listed Broking companies/NBFC/Banking industry handling portfolio management (dealing).
