Job Description

    Designation: Territory Sales Manager (Mumbai). Candidate: Male / FemaleAge: Up to 35 YearsEducational Qualification: Graduate, MBA or similar backgroundAdditional Requirements : Pleasing personality, Proficiency in English, Soft Spoken, Fluent and Polished communication with Clear-to the point Presentation skills:Experience / Segments : 6-8 years of experience in Business Development (related industry preferred).Role Definition To penetrate deeper into existing clients (add to existing revenues)), tap new customer potential, explore new markets with an overall focus on revenue generation and building of company image.Responsibility Deliverables
    • Generating Revenue at optimum Margins.
    • Maintaining and expanding existing markets and Customer base.
    • Efficiently maintaining Customer Database.
    • Preparing well assessed KYC (Credit Profile) of Customers (Assuring negligible Bad Depts).
    • Efficiency in Stock Planning.
    • Making visits and calls as targets set.
    • Presenting well supported market information to the management for future strategic planning.
    • Ensuring proper Coordination between Sales and Logistics team
    Task & Activities.
    • Maintain existing business & rapport with all clients.
    • Achieve and exceed the set targets both top line and Bottom line.
    • Responsible for new business generation by contacting potential Clients (Corporates & Convertors), Fix meetings with Procurement Teams, understand their requirements and campaign volumes, market the advantages of Our Co. products mainly around West India.
    • Maintain regular follow of our Existing Converter clients from the Digital Print Industry, understand their project requirements maintain sufficient stocks, maximize sales, and maintain timely follow of their payments within due time.
    • Conduct Effective sales meeting to position our products as best choice and maintain the profit index as per management policy.
    • Responsibility of completion of the sales cycle from Order confirmation, execution, billing, and payment collection.
    • Managing efficiently the Stocks to conserve the working capital, Supervising the Purchase Planning & Procurement of your Division.
    • Maintaining and updating the Customer database periodically.
    • Efficient and effective reporting of minutes of all sales calls and visits, on daily basis.
    • Effective Delegation and Work sharing within your team and Co teams.
    • Evaluating the clients based on Co. KYC format and getting the credit limit sanctioned from the Finance Team with a target to achieve Zero Bad Depts.
    • Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and Weaknesses of our existing products in par with competition.
    • Travel mainly within Mumbai and occasionally within West India depending on project needs.
    Reporting: Head of Sales & Marketing (Mumbai )Office Timing: 10:30 am to 7: 00 pm (Monday-Saturday)
