Dedicated focus towardsbuilding and sustaining the distributor and sub dealer network is required. The channel is in thenascent stage as of now and needs to be developed so that it can act as the next growth driver forselect categories. Nurture and manage stakeholders through focus on lead conversion, penetration ofnew and core products, integration with other verticals and stakeholder management thereby,achieving overall business objectivesPrimary ResponsibilitiesBusiness objectivesConceptualize and execute the fieldmarketing activities around the identified focusproducts with a view to increase adoption and depthof these products in the market To build a healthy distributor network for theregion which will drive growth month on month To manage a large team of off roll employeesto generate sales, develop the category and ensurecustomer satisfaction Support the sale of focused products byarranging shop meets, implementing schemes andensuring timely settlement of schemes forstakeholdersOverall Value target Value target at product level Sales performance of Distributors and superstockists for region assigned Number of active sub dealersAdopt critical sub dealers from variousdistributors and develop them To apply best practices of handlingdistributor network for the companyDemand GenerationWork closely with the identified set ofstakeholders like carpenters, masons to generatemarket for focus productsScope of Worka) Financial Scope (Range offinancial spend): Key InteractionsInternal Marketing, Research and Technology, Retail Sales,Services and Supply ChainExternal Carpenters, masons, sub dealers, distributorsRole Requirements / SpecificationsQualifications EssentialGraduate Degree in any stream(BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) A minimum of 50% marks throughout educationwithout any backlogs Graduation must be through a full time day courseDesiredCandidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales andMarketingPrevious Experience DesiredExperience in any role in Sales and Marketing Distributor handlingFunctional CompetenciesProduct knowledge Analytical skillsBehavioral CompetenciesVerbal and written communication Decision making and problem solving Negotiation Skills Planning and result orientationAdditional RequirementsRole involves extensive travel in the region assigned Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel ismandatory; Tally preferred
