Work with product, business and development teams to understand requirements and implementation Pair with developers and other testers to ensure test coverage Creating and executing effective functional tests, carrying out exploratory testing Maintaining and optimizing existing automation tests Actively supporting agile development methods and best practices Supporting and actively working towards behaviour driven development and test automation Raising descriptive and useful bug reports Quickly acquiring new testing skills and working with new technologies with little support Working with other testers and teams to ensure the spread of good practices and knowledge Experience of hands - on testing in Agile development environments (especially ScrumKanban) and Test - Driven Development Proactive and diplomatic Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, Java.
