Job Description

Role DescriptionSuccessful candidates will partner with LOB and domain experts; in a cross-business, cross-functional project based environment. The role will provide an opportunity to work on projects across the CIB DPS organization, rather than just a focusing on specific LOB. Additionally, successful candidates will be involved in initiatives specific focused on accelerating DPS s platform project priorities. They will also have significant exposure & visibility to senior management. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced problem solving and communication skill. Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements from Operation users and document for technology teams to develop solutions.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to identify best solutions for the business requirements.
  • Prepare business flows and user stories for business requirements.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for signoffs.
  • Gather testing requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional & non-functional test specifications & low level test cases.
  • Provide innovative/creative solutions to testing challenges.
  • Actively participate in the process of change for improvement in QA productivity; driving test automation and efficiency gains.
  • Producing summary and detailed testing estimates
  • Maintain test cases & issues to ensure accurate reporting to all stakeholders on QA status and progress
  • Highly effective time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem solving & execution skills.
    • Ability to break down analyses and issues into their individual components
    • Ability to quickly learn new concept
    • Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis
    • Ability to keep sight of the overall context of what they are working on and remain centred on answering the bigger question
  • Works well individually as well as with the team, shares information, supports colleagues and staff.
  • Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines
