Job Description

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR TEAM LEADER - OPERATIONSOne of the well known IT Company in Western Suburbs in Mumbai is looking for Team leader Operations for their Andheri Office.JOB DESIGNATION: Team Leader- OperationsJOB LOCATION: AndheriCTC/SALARY: As per industry standardsEXPERIENCE: Min 2 -5yrsSHIFT: 7.30PM TO 5.30AM (SAT & SUN OFF)ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Quality check of all client specified reports generated during the shift. 2. Ensure quality of services provided by their individualteams. 3. Support and monitor newteammembers 4. Guiding theteammembers on their performance and implementing corrective actions as required. 5. Experience in generating reports. Client Communication (UK, US, Australia) 6. Providing daily direction & strategic inputs to seniors.
