Job Description

Key Result Areas Supporting ActionsCustomer Retention & Revenue generationTo ensure renewals of all Aditya Birla Group Company(s) policies on time and ensure new policies / covers arranged for Group Customers as per their requirements • To provide the most competitive rates and terms to the Group Companies from shortlisted insurance companies. • To ensure high ratios of persistency and renewals, identify the causes of non- renewals and analyze the same. • To follow the standardized and efficient renewal processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer retention and new requirement leads and service delivery for all Group customers • To plan and execute training programs / sessions at Plant location for existing Units and newly acquired Units, build business momentum within Group stakeholders and present customized value proposition with the help of industry experts. • To co-ordinate with the CIP (Committee on Insurance Premium) team right from inception to placement of the policy.• To constantly engage with the GI companies to maintain effective relationships.To prepare benchmarking reports for businesses w.r.t policy coverages and industry practices.Operations Management for Renewals, Issuances & Placements To monitor and guide all day to day administrative operations of Group renewals and underwriting matters of Group Companies. • To send periodic reports to HO for monthly renewal retention and new policies placed with premium and income achieved as per the target • To liaise for regular meetings for the Senior management with top Group clients for developing stronger relationships • To liaise extensively with the Back office team for reminders on renewals, client servicing and information sharing, etc.Key Result Areas Supporting Actions. To oversee and ensure adherence to the Risk compliance and Statutory compliance policiesCustomer Servicing To set and monitor process for new covers / policies for Group Units as per their requirements • To disseminate research based advisory services and advising new covers/policies to Group Units based on the risk exposure • To ensure client records are up to date in terms of policies, coverage, other details & contactability and run data analytics on them on periodic basis • To regularly attend trainings and learn about the products offered. To ensure speedy resolution of Group Units queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levelsRisk ManagementTo ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies set by HO and support ongoing internal and statutory audits • To ensure proper implementation and usage of AUM system for data capturing of Group transactions
