Job Description

  • Responsible for the managing BAU Operations
  • Interact with customer and collect network requirement specifications and propose Low level design document
  • Achieve SLA of assigned tickets
  • Prepare built hand over document to the customer (IBM Internal Team) and provide operational training
  • Ensure 100% appl availability
  • Work in a client environment, manage monitoring & event management tools (ITM, ITCAM & Netcool)
  • Work with IT and Business users to resolve support and technical issues.
  • Understands client Business requirements and suggests solutions.
  • Provides technical inputs to stabilize & optimize the deployed Tools.
  • Work with Product team to upgrade versions & fix bugs.
  • Able to provide training to end-users/IT teams & create technical SOPs/training manuals
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 4+ years experience on distributed architecture ITM & Netcool
  • Experience on ITM- HTEMS, RTEMS, TEPS, WPA, SPA & TDW on different ITM agents (OS, Universal, GSMA Agents), ITCAM /ITM Application agents (ITCAM DB2, SAP, AD, VMWare, MQ, Lotus etc).
  • Should be able to create and customize ITM Situations, deploy customize monitoring (script, query, URL, port, etc) using ITM Universal Agent,
  • Understanding of ITM historical data collection
  • Experience on working with different Tivoli Netcool Probes & Gateway
  • Experience in create/customize Netcool Omnibus Rules, Triggers, Procedures, create views, filters in Web GUI, Scripting, SQL queries.
  • Exposure on TCR and Cognos Frame Work Manger.
  • Should be able to customize Reports in TCR as per business requirement, Integration of Netcool with ICD
  • Good knowledge in Unix, Linux & Windows platform
  • Candidate should have basic knowledge on network components
Preferred Professional and Technical ExpertiseBE/ B.Tech (IT/CS/ EC)/MSC-IT/MCA with ITIL, ITSM certification,
