      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Perform trouble shooting and resolve L2 support issues such as record issues, workflow configuration issues, access issues 2 Perform regular support tasks such as PR import, Master data import, creation of user access 3 Perform detailed data analysis, data validation and identify data quality issues 4 Keep required stakeholders proactively informed on progress all support related activities 5 Conduct regular ticket review analysis, suggest and implement continuous improvements
      • Technical Experience : 1 2 to 3 years of technical support preferred or development experience on Trackwise Quality management software system 2 Experience working with workflow configurations and resolving related issues when the records are stuck 3 Experience working with o PR Import Selection Import o States o Activities o Data Fields o Admin Queries Worked on TrackWise Team Access Web Admin components Good in analytical, communication and problem solving skills
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Strong analytical, inter personal communication skills 2 Must possess impeccable communication skills, both in verbal and in written form 3 Proficient in identifying, analyzing and solving problems 4 Client facing experience
