Preferably MBA with relevant Experience of 4- 5 years in a similar role with proven record of accomplishment in an international firm or Non MBA with an Experience of 5- 7 years Experience in Agri- Business and B2B strongly desired Experience developing and executing multi- channel digital campaigns Direct hands- on experience with organic and paid search, inbound/ outbound email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, webcasts/ webinars is required, content management, lead conversion, Google Analytics, SEO. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Take care of all the BTL Activity Branding at Shop Level Co- ordinate with Vendors Availability and placement of the Shop Signage / FSU / Posters / Danglers etc. Keep Track of the retail assets provided for General Trade Modern Trade Assist in developing integrated marketing tools, training materials, and field sales and customer communications to support sales Execute special marketing projects, such as support of marketing research projects, tactical support for key marketing initiatives and others, as needed Expertise and Key Competencies Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills (written and oral) Take initiative, to meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision Manage a multi- task job and appropriately adjust priorities Must have a strong dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent time and project management skills Preferably MBA with relevant Experience of 4- 5 years in a similar role with proven record of accomplishment or Non MBA with an Experience of 5- 7 years Experience in Agri- Business and B2B strongly desired,
