Job Description

  • Responsible for Training of all the Company Staff pertaining to Payments Business on Products, Processes and Policies of the Bank to ensure Sales & Service excellence and Adherence to Process.
  • To ensure high quality of product and process knowledge amongst all staff of Sales Channels pertaining to Payments Business through effective Induction Trainings and Refreshers as per defined timelines.
  • Preparation of training modules, content development, quizz, at regular intervals. Incorporate feedback from Sales, Quality and Product team.
  • Conduct Induction training & certification, selling skills, Product process & policies, Objection handling & Refresher training.
  • Publish Training Calendar
  • Organising logistics for Training.
  • Conduct Tests and ensure attendance & best in class scores.
  • Facilitate development of FSE.
  • Conduct On Job Trainings vide various Field Visits, branch visits, mystery shopper calls across to assess knowledge levels of FSE.
  • Feedback sessions with staff for improvement on productivity.
  • Compliance related : (a) Conduct audit checks at various locations for sales as well as quality team and report the same. (b) Basis inputs from the sales team and the quality team on the trends and frequent occurring errors, prepare refresher modules for the team towards reduction in errors.
