Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Transaction Processing AssociatesProcess incoming requests received through emails, Service Now or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests andworking collaboratively with the team members, HR & Payroll team.Responsibilities/Authorities(Briefly describe the main tasks, responsibilities/authorities, of the job.)Process incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web PortalProcess employee leave requests, which includes verifying eligibility, tracking leave status, and provide support services to employees on leaveObtain sufficient information to research and complete the service requests, Key manual entries or answer query from client employeesManage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessaryProvide information, advice and guidance to clients (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidentialnature of the work area.Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications used for Leave and Absence Administration.Understanding the end to end processes of Leave and Absence Administration including Client Policies, State or any governing body's regulation.Ensuring all SLA requirements are met as agreed with the client.Ensure that the Team manages their case loads on a day to day basis identifying delays and taking remedial action.Uses and maintains process maps and all process documentation identifying inputs, outputs, roles & responsibilities of the process.Participates in OE programs, Process improvement programs.Create/Collate all necessary Leave data using the appropriate job aids as specified in the Processes.Generate all required reports from Database as per the agreed timelines and send it to the required Stakeholders (Payroll & ; Benefits Team)Provide appropriate support processes and ensure compliance in adhering to client policies/practices.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements from the State/Local governing body and special handling procedures.Required to identify, assess, and resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility and operating largely independentlyPrioritize own activities and assist team members as needed in order to meet client deadlines and quality standardsProvide input into process improvement opportunities and may oversee defining standards for new processes and reusable processes.PROCESSESLeave Of Absence AdministrationJOB REQUIREMENTSNeed to have minimum of 3 plus years of work experience in Leave of AbsencePrior experience of handling policy discussion calls on FMLA, HIPAA & ADA is a mustNeed to have prior experience with the following applications: Workday & Service NowLeave & Absence Administration-------------Proficiency Level 4 - ExpertMS Office--------------------------------------Proficiency Level 2 - ProficientWorkday & Service Now--------------------------Proficiency Level 4 - ExpertUS Regulations on LOA & Accommodation---------Proficiency Level 4 - ExpertCompetency NameProficiency Level (Refer Defn.below)CommentsAnalytical Thinking--------------Proficiency Level 2 - ProficientMulti Tasking/ Time Mgt----------Proficiency Level 2 - ProficientTeam Leadership------------------Proficiency Level 1- NoviceTeaming and Collaboration--------Proficiency Level 2 - ProficientResult Oriented------------------Proficiency Level 2 - ProficientCommunication(verbal && Non verbal)--------Proficiency Level 3 - AdvancedProficiency LevelAddendum for DCN.
