Roles & Responsibilities include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectivesThe primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day Operations for Trade Finance Products. The candidate will report to a VP . The Associate is responsible for the management of overall operational performance as it relates to service deliverables. He/She must have demonstrated strong personnel management skills and must have the ability to effectively communicate and measure team performance expectations. The Associate works in conjunction with the VP and Process Managers to ensure service level agreements are being achieved.
