Job Description

  • Live Client interaction through mail and Client hotline.
  • Ensure Client onboarding and setups for smooth Client trade flow.
  • End to end Client Trade Life cycle management including allocation, prematching, fails management etc
  • Ability to effective engage with front office to ensure smooth Client trade life cycle processing
  • Investigate Risk Management systems for economic breaks and appropriately address
  • Resolution of Client Trade settlement issues: Ensure accurate settlement instruction setups, partner with various settlement teams and and ensure timely settlement.
  • Interact with client custodians / back office / middle office to identify issues, challenges, disputes and take appropriate and corrective action to ensure timely settlement
  • Analyze Client trends and partner across teams to address issues and enhance trade STP
  • Effectively engage with various internal teams across locations for resolution of issues, working collectively on process improvement initiatives etc.
  • Effective Client Query Management skills.
  • Participate and Contribute in tech projects including UAT s and new idea generation
  • Effectively execute internal reports to Sr. management
