    We are in search of Dynamic Project Management Professional to Head the Transformation Project of Private Bank Contact Centre.Title - Head - Transformation Projects Customer Experience ( Cisco / IVRS ) Grade - VP / AVPStake Holder Network- External Stakeholders Business Functions Peers within functions Lead- BPRG, Unit manager - Inbound Peers in other functions Lead- IT Projects, Lead - Development Scope of contribution- Delivering Projects Impacting Customer Experience across PlatformsJob PurposeResponsible for implementing new Projects and Enhancements related to Contact Centre working on Cisco Platform, IVRS, eMail Management, Chat / video contact centre solutions, Dialler etc.Roles & Responsibilities 1. Create Blueprint of Contact Centre 2. Identify Opportunities for automation at CDC and deliver projects 3. Supporting Infrastructure requirement and planning 4.Market research on new use cases and technology 5.Creating whitepaper on related technology 6.Supporting BTO teams post handover and issue resolutionManagerial & Leadership Responsibilities : Project Management, Development and delivery through SDLC .
