The transition manager will lead functional or process migrations from client locations to the respective outsourcing departments within B B Analytics. They will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth transition and facilitate change management. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with expert project management, business planning and people management skills.Responsibilities Discover and assess client needs to develop a clear and precise understanding of processes due for migration, including defining detailed process maps, control points and objectives for each process Map client requirements to B B internal functions aligning with capabilities, services and processes Design solution and plan resources needed for implementation Execute transition managing the entire beta testing and pilot phase Handover responsibility of steady state processes to receiving team(s) Skills/ Experience Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience of extensive collaboration with all stakeholders (internal and external) Strong project management skills, ability to define and delegate tasks while focused on committed timelines Working experience in an international / cross- cultural environment Should be a proactive and quick learner; a team player showing enthusiasm and drive to accomplish results in a fast- paced environment Qualifications MBA/ Masters degree in Finance PMP/ Six Sigma Certifications would be a plus The transition manager will lead functional or process migrations from client locations to the respective outsourcing departments within B&B Analytics.
