It is organized by 7 work streams and provides services across 29 countriesJob Title:Transition Project ManagerDate:July 2020Department:FinanceLocation:ISPL MumbaiBusiness Line / Function:CIB FinanceReports to: (Direct) Head Transformation OfficeGrade: (if applicable)Manager (Functional) Number of Direct Reports:NoneDirectorship / Registration:NAPosition PurposeFinance Transition manager will be responsible for managing all the transitions end to end which are coming from global locations and getting offshored to ISPL Mumbai / Chennai.Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of Transition & Project management, Stakeholder management, Cost management, Internal Reporting & Governance for Finance shared services business management. Responsibilities Direct ResponsibilitiesLead and drive projects along with developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as relevant stakeholders across the organizationDesign Target operating Model, Create RACI and conduct risk assessments for migration of respective processes / services from various locations across globe to Finance shared servicesMust have strong stakeholder / client management skills i.e. ability to liase and coordinate with senior management i.e. Legal, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Admin, CEO s / CFO s etc.Must have strong cost management skills with expertise in the area of budgeting, forecasting, highlighting critical metrics such as Payback period, NPV, BCR etc.Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisUpdate and document all changes as per Organization procedure and change control framework. Conduct periodic reviews of relevant changes with change management board for approvalEnsure management of SLA (Service Level Agreements) for respective services across regionsContributing ResponsibilitiesTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsPreparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholdersSchedule steering committee meetings as agreed in Governance model with relevant stakeholdersEnsure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future referencesIndividual must contribute in designing dual platform for shared service centerContribute in creating COE (Center of excellence), standardization, streamlining, creating to be state roadmap Technical & Behavioral Competencies Must be efficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and SharePointDomain knowledge on Accounts payable is an added advantage Specific Qualifications (if required)Graduate in any discipline with expertise in project and transition managementMBA in finance is a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Skills Referential Behavioural Skills: (Please select up to 4 skills)Client focusedDecision MakingAbility to deliver / Results drivenCommunication skills - oral & writtenTransversal Skills: (Please select up to 5 skills)Ability to manage a projectAbility to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, trainingAnalytical AbilityAbility to develop and leverage networksAbility to understand, explain and support changeEducation Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent Experience Level At least 7 yearsOther/Specific Qualifications (if required) MBA in finance is a plus, *Bachelor Degree or equivalentMBA in finance is a plus
