This role acts as the coordinating point for service delivery within India. This includes oversight of day to day travel agency operations and also acting as the key contact point for escalation and resolution of any service related issues. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of pertinent business experience. From an industry perspective, we would consider candidates with strong agency background, vendor (air/ hotel/ agency/ car) management experience.
