Job Description

  • Provide information to Guest about domestic and international destinations and holiday packages.
  • Assist them in booking a suitable holiday package as per their interests and budget
  • Forward to respective Procurement team.
  • Assist in solving queries related to pre or on tour, if any
  • co-ordination with internal employees as well as vendors
  • Confirm bookings and assist Guest with post booking processes
  • Good Negotiations skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Attending walk-in customers inquiries and tele-inquires for international & domestic FIT tours,
  • Doing regular follow ups, & converting inquiries in to bookings.
Skills Required :-
  • Should have previously worked with a Travel agency on Domestic & International Holiday Packages is a must.
  • B2C Experience only
  • strong command on English Language.
  • Min of 1 years of Experiencein the same industry
