We are into recruitment, personnel staffing and complete Human Resources needs.One of our client is looking for Senior UI ArtistJob Location: Andheri East ,MumbaiResponsibilitiesLead the team from front.Understand user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.Work closely with product teams and key stakeholders to develop use cases and high-level requirements.Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviours.Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.Present designs to the user experience team, product team, and project stakeholders for review and feedback.Partner with development teams to build experiences: provide appropriate design specifications, create assets, and review finished interfaces.Basic QualificationsStrong experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role.A portfolio, demonstrating your process for creating great user-centred design solutions with visual designs.Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate interactive design concepts clearly.Passion for innovation, balanced with business needs, and user expectations.Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.Experience with best practices for device-based information architecture and design, as well as experience with usability principles and techniques.Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, IN visionVisual Design expertise demonstrated through mock-ups and style guides.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing game content for kids.Experience in designing digital products with hardware peripherals.Experience designing interfaces for web-basedand Mobile based tools.Experience in Visual Design.Story boarding, prototyping, usability testing & visual design experience.Prior experience in a start-up.If interested please revert with your updated resume on sai@pathwayhub.in along with below details :Current CTCExpected CTCTotal ExperienceNotice PeriodPortfolio LinkTeam Size handledThanks & Regards,Sai
