Job Description

Ourdesign team is headed by Divye Bokdia.Role: UI Designer -1Responsibilities:Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistentexperience across platformsDesign compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers andDevelopers in your teamBuild a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long- term productvisionCreate concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative designeffortsWork collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brandperception and user-experienceWork with the front- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensuredesign consistencyAbility to map your design decisions to user needs as well as businessrequirementsBe highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environmentRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field1+ years of design experienceDeep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digitalmarketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiencesProficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keenunderstanding of graphic/web design principlesPassionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content andcampaignsAbility to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcomingfeedback and collaborationExperience concepting, designing, and executing video contentExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and seniorleadershipMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and with a team,
